Searching for a way to engage independent sales reps from the nations top retailers, Canon’s Consumer Imaging Group hired Kennedy to develop an interactive sales training tool that would grab their attention. Using his deep experience and understanding of gaming, Kennedy solved the problem by creating “games” to teach sellers the fine points of Canon equipment. Kennedy has produced over 120 training games for Canon creating fun sales training for the sales reps all over the world.
Cartoon Network, no novice itself when it comes to web development, kept their competitive edge by investing early in the creation of signature games for their most popular shows. When they hired Kennedy, they stepped up their game and made their biggest investment ever for a gaming product. The investment paid off. The Batman game remained their most popular game for 2 years running and created countless opportunities to generate advertising revenues.
Aisha Morris and her father, Stevie Wonder took Kennedy under their wing as a young entertainment attorney. Kennedy worked on putting a record label together. Kennedy threw an amazing jam session at Stevie’s home in Alpine, New Jersey. Several acts that he brought became great successes like Jasmin Sulivian and Kendred to name a few. End the end, a record label was never formed, but the experience was priceless.

When Adult Swim was looking for an online game to promote their new Samurai Champloo license, Kennedy was able to produce the “Break Fight” game for them which earned millions of ad revenue dollars. This was also Kennedy's 1st time producing all of the music for a corporate project. It inspired him to produce a lot more music thereafter.
Kennedy was fortunate to work with Eve at a time when she was becoming passionate about giving back to her community. In 1999, Eve released a hit single,”Love is Blind.” The song was about domestic abuse and became very popular. Eve asked Kennedy to form The Love Is Blind Foundation to support and create awareness about abused women. Kennedy really enjoyed working with Eve and her team.
YBLM is a non-profit ministry created to encourage couples, both husband and wife, as well as those considering marriage by opening the door to our lives and marriage by sharing the many experiences and lessons we’ve learned in over 15 years of marriage. Kennedy has been honored to produce YBLM’s media ministry as they promote the word of God. Kennedy designed its website, photography and video content.
When DMX decided that he wanted to launch the Mary Ella Foundation, named after his late grandmother. I was happy to get the job done. The foundation was aimed at giving scholarships for tuition and school supplies to those in need. DMX and Eve where one of the 1st waves of rappers who wanted to organize and give back to their communities.
When New York City's leading radio station Clear Channel's Z100, wanted to grow their listening audience they asked Kennedy to develop the right solution. With Z100's target audience in mind, Kennedy developed a fast-paced, hugely dynamic game featuring their #1 DJ. Romeo. They rewarded game high scorers with concert tickets as part of a larger promotional effort. The game's legacy relationship with their audience continues to this day.
When this major book publisher needed an innovative way to promote STICK to a younger, hipper market, they gave Kennedy a call. Using animation that reinforced and supported the book content, Kennedy created a sophisticated STICK Hang Man game utilizing original jazz music which they composed to appeal to the target audience. Random House used the mini-site to promote book sales and encourage consumers to learn to embrace the STICK brand both on and offline.
Established in 1992 by Latifah’s mother, Rita L. Owens, in honor of her late son who died in a motorcycle accident, the Lancelot H. Owens Scholarship Foundation awards college scholarships to economically challenged students.

In the early 2000’s, Prince was actively inviting artist form all over the world to perform at Paisley Park Studios. Kennedy happened to be representing Amel Larrieux at the time and Prince wanted her to come to Minneapolis. Amel left all of the coordination, contracts and management up to Kenendy. Prince was a very generous host and Kennedy actually got to know him well. Although Kennedy has had many great experiences, getting to actually know Prince is one that he will cherish forever.
In the 2004, Kennedy collaborated with The Roots to produce an online video game encouraging people to vote in the 2004 presidential election. Kennedy met the Roots while when he was representing Marc Levin’s company, Off Line Entertainment Group. Kennedy was forming partnership agreements for Off Line while Off Line was producing a movie called "Brooklyn Babylon" featuring Tariq Trotter from the Roots.
Kennedy worked at the film as an attorney for several years. Kennedy sat as attorney at all Housing Authority meetings, litigated all landlord tenant matters, filed tax appeals and litigated tax related issues. Kennedy also represented landlords in the purchasing and selling of real property. Kennedy learned a lot about the practice of law here.

Kennedy got to meet a lot of major recording artists, and he also got the chance to travel and do business with a Japanese company. Primarily, he drafted Wills, Power of Attorney documents, and Bankruptcy Petitions. Kennedy also represented clients in court with respect to their contractual disputes, debt settlements, and traffic violations. This was very rewarding work.
